Remember that picnic at the lake when the wind blew the napkins in the water; it looked like an armada of little white, water- logged  rafts.  This basket is made to prevent another launching of the 'napkin' fleet.  The basket accepts a standard size package of paper napkins and keeps them in place with a finely crafted ceramic handle. Great for picnics or informal dining anywhere. (Napkins not included.)
